Get Started With Automated and Online Giving
Automating your giving is one of the best ways to build faithfulness into your stewardship of what God has given you. There are basically three ways to give to Generations Church.
Automated Bank Debit:
Automated Bank Debit is the easiest and most effective way to automate your giving. You can set this up through your bank using Online Banking or BillPay. 100% of your gift goes to the ministries of Generations Church because there are no processing fees associated with this method of giving.
Set up a BillPay to be processed from your bank for the desired amount of your tithe/giving (10% of your first fruits) to be mailed to:

What are the benefits of giving through Automated Bank Debit?
You are taking a step of faith - When you sign up to give online you are deciding in advance to faithfully give. God always blesses that kind of faith!
You will simplify your life - You won’t have to remember whether you gave this month or need to send in an offering by mail when you’re on a trip.
You will be helping the church - Every person who gives through automatic giving makes our record keeping much easier.
You can focus on worship at church - Instead of having to get out a pen and write out an envelope and check, you can focus entirely on worship.
Online Giving Through Paypal:
A second way to give is through PayPal. It’s safe, simple and secure: all you’ll need are a few minutes to go through the process. *Note: You do not have to have a Paypal account to do this.
- Click on the button below, this will bring you to the Church’s PayPal page.
- Enter your donation amount.
- Login or Register if you have an existing PayPal account -or- if you don’t have a PayPal account click the link near the credit card images to complete your credit card donation.
- A receipt will be emailed to you once your donation has been completed.
**Important Note: As a church plant, Generations Church continues to use the financial structure of our parent church, Lynchburg First Church of the Nazarene. Our online payment system is still processed through Lynchburg and held in the Generations Church account for use by Generations Church ministries.**
Giving at Worship Service or any other time!
Although not technically a form of automated or “online” giving, some may desire to write their tithe/giving check and place it in the offering at worship. This is great! Checks should be made out to:

Our Policies
Your information is held securely and confidentially in our system. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions. You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, please contact the church office. You will receive a statement of giving at the end of each calendar year for your tax records.
